2. What we collect
Only what you send us:
- Waitlist form: name, email, and anything else you choose to include.
- Newsletter form: email address.
- Direct emails: whatever you write.
- Server logs kept by our host (IP, user-agent, request time) for security.
We do not sell or rent personal data. No analytics, tracking, or advertising tools.
Legal basis: legitimate interest for the waitlist, direct replies, and site security; your consent for the newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Providers
We use:
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, email routing.
- Resend — sending form notifications and the newsletter.
- Google (Gmail) — inbox that receives [email protected].
These providers process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Retention
Waitlist and email: up to 3 years from your last interaction, or until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (every email has a link). Server logs: around 30 days.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop processing it. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it was last changed.
